A person who is interested in conducting private yoga classes or joining a group that teaches yoga has to have a yoga teacher certification.In some countries, there are two yoga training classes which should be done before a certificate may be issued, that will allow you to conduct a yoga class. There is 500 hour program and a 200 hour program. The program actually refers to the number of hours, or the length of each program.
In most of the yoga schools, they require their yoga teachers and trainers to have at least a yoga teacher certification in a 200 hour program. It is important that yoga teaches are not just those who are fond and interested in doing yoga but have an expertise knowledge in executing the precise and rigorous positions of yoga.
Before doing yoga, there is a number of basic equipment that you need to have. You should keep in mind that while practising yoga, it is strongly recommended that you wear comfortable clothes, which will help you do quite a lot of body bends and strokes.
